The guide was great. She contacted us to let us know she will be arriving soon for our pick up. Was knowledgeable about area and had friendly personality. Unfortunately was a cloudy day but still was very pleasant tour. Tour was reasonably priced. The lunch was great. Would recommend to friends if they are looking for a day trip to Mt. Fuji
Enjoyed a beautiful day in Kamakura. Visited the Inari Jinja shrine, a hike thru a woodsy area with amazing views of Yuigahama Beach, the Great Buddha, and Hasedera Temple. Enjoyed a Japanese style lunch at Hasedera Temple and street food on Komanchi street. Tour guide is a great guide. Very knowledgeable, with a great personality. The other party cancelled, so this became a private tour for us. A great start to our time in Japan! Would highly recommend this tour.
The website is very easy to browse and the information listed on the website is clear. Booking online is very easy. Since I had to add two more adults in my group I called the customer service and the representative assisted me to modify my booking without any issue. Easy to book, cheaper site online and cheaper than in the attraction, I did everything from my phone and receive my ticket by email in less than 5 minutes. 100% recommended, I even told people that I saw in line.
The whole experience was awesome. Ordered tickets online, departure/parking area was easy to find, got our tickets from box office and boarded the bus to the canyon. The canyon tour was breathtaking! The guides know the best settings for each phone type to get the best pictures. Would highly recommend.
